IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

the minimum order is one piece, e.g. one ring, one pair of earrings, one pendant etc. We hope you might buy more than one piece though, and become like the Bowerbird - a collector of our jewellery!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click on an item and add it to the Cart. If you would prefer to pay by telephone please send us a message with your requirements and your phone number and we'll come straight back to you to discuss your requirements.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

As with all jewellery retailers we are not able to accept earrings back if they have been worn, all to do with Health and Safety. If you have not worn them and the seals are not broken we will exchange them or offer a refund, less shipping costs.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We currently only accept Paypal, but this is a brilliant payment solution, whereby you can use your Paypal account or your credit card.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?

For shipping to UK mainland we charge £7.50 per shipment, for overseas shipping please contact us for a quotation.
